Great Experience! Good people and a well-organized facility. Fast loading — took about an hour once docked. They’re strict about appointment times, so don’t be late, and note that they don’t load before your scheduled time. Entrance is from 153rd Street, with plenty of space to back in. The place is clean, with a nice washroom, free coffee, and Wi-Fi available for drivers. Overnight parking is also allowed. Overall, a great experience — would definitely deliver here again!

Appointment at 1 pm broker says strict for pick up but it’s 4 pm still waiting they are loading their own trucks not nice guys checked in 10 am

They dont care about appointment time. Got here before anyone else had a 8 am appointment they keep putting every other truck in the dock before me. Only good thing is that they are now paying me detainment of 65 dollars an hour now for sitting here

This place is totally disgusting and disrespectful because my appointment is at 11:30 am and I reached over here before 30 mins and right now time is 12:40 pm still they are saying they will call us for dock. Management should work on this things and they have no idea how much they are wasting our time. If they have no value on their time we can understand but our time is so precious so please it’s our request you should work on this problem Thank you
