Literally the worst place to come for an urgent visit. My child came here because he had a fever, sneezing, and coughing. The front desk rep is NEVER by the front desk to ask any questions needed. They prefer to move slow and act with no urgency for the patients waiting. They don’t know how to manage time, they’re EXTREMELY SLOW, in considerate, and don’t their job well at all. I got a call less than 24 hours of them telling me they mixed the swabs testing and I would have to bring him back. I can back and log him in and still had to wait over 20 minutes! The worst part is that there was absolutely no one in the waiting room. IM NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!

I needed bloodwork done. Tried to make phone appointment. System kept kicking me out. So I drove down, hoping that they could squeeze me in. Receptionist was friendly and quick. I sat in waiting room for maybe two minutes. Then I had my blood taken quickly, painlessly, professionally, but I'm sorry that I didn't get the phlebotomist's name. She was GREAT! Saturday morning, in and out in what seemed like less than 10 minutes!!! Great experience!!!

Waiting to find out test results from specimen left last night. I was told they would call today and let me know if antibiotic was needed. It"s almost 3pm no call and I have tried to call them and tell them symtoms are back. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. MESSAGE IS ON A LOOP AND JUST KEEPS REPEATING! WHY PAY A PHONE BILL IF NO ONE ANSWERS! Nothing posted on my chart not even Dr who saw me.....so frustrating not to be able to reach someone!!!- plus I would have to find someone to go to pharmacy if there is a prescription. CERTAINLY NOT EXPRESS!

It is Monday July 10, 2023. I started calling at 11:28, where I was repeatedly hung up on until 12:01 when someone finally talked on the other end. I stated my name & then asked who I was speaking with, which they did NOT want to reveal. When I asked again they told me Sara from the billing department. This place is ridiculous & I thank God it wasn't an emergency

I’ve been waiting here for 3 hours now. EVERYTIME IM HERE THIS HAPPENS. I hate the fact that they have no staff and refuse to get more. I’m done with this.
