Always a great experience here, and I always feel confident that my dog is in good hands. All of my questions and concerns are addressed and taken seriously. The doctors and staff are very welcoming and experienced. In case anyone is wondering, there’s an area next to the desk that can be sectioned off if needed, and you can see whether other people or pets are waiting before entering. Highly recommend.

Dr. Wagner and the CVC team assisted me in moving my dog from the US to the UK via an international certification scheme. I was quite nervous given the rather confusing process when looking at the airline and US/UK import & export web pages, but Dr. Wagner communicated early and often, reminded me of the steps and timeline at every juncture, followed up when I owed more information and were so atop the entire process. My understanding is that they quite often receive these requests and are very practiced at dealing with the USDA and offering guidance. Our experience was an 11 out of 10, in fact, if we return we would move all of our veterinary needs over to Dr. Wagner and her team. The vet refused to sign a US travel certificate for my dog although he met all the requirements. I do believe this is due to racism as he is traveling to an African country. Do not come here! Edit: the clinic is attempting to save their image and likely will not address these issues. I walked through the cdc guidelines that clearly state any USDA accredited vet can sign this form but the veterinarian still refused to assist and sign the form then she hung up on me.

My dog presented with urinary straining and drips of Horne instead of a nice flow. He was examined by Dr. Wagner and the exam was tentative at best . The ultrasound could not be completed ? The prostate exam was not definitive? A urine was sent out and had to wait until Monday for the results . She did give a medication for pain but I felt that more should have been done given it was a Friday afternoon. Received an email on Monday with normal labs results and names were given for follow up care . No phone call referral just phone numbers . There was a heated phone call on Friday between the other owner of the dog and the Doctor. The lack of treatment was the subject of the call.
