Community URGENT CARE

I had nothing short of an amazing experience here. After reading some of the reviews, I hesitated to go, but it is the closest urgent care to me...right in my neighborhood, actually. I was greeted with kindness and a smile. Both the receptionist and the nurse who did my initial intake were awesome, personable and caring. I was seen quickly. The doctor was kind and respectful. He had an authentic conversation with me and truly listened to what I had to say. He was direct and honest and did not peddle pharmaceuticals unnecessarily. Should I need to go back for anything in the future, I would gladly do so.

Had a good experience. The doctor was very nice and very helpful. He explained very thoroughly. The staff was very friendly. The wait time was not bad either, compared to some of the other nearby urgent cares. We were seen quickly. My go to urgent care in Dearborn.

Dr. Rahman is Amazing. I called previous to our arrival to ask if there was a doctor on staff. The young lady answering the phone was polite and informative. She indicated there was a doctor on staff. We arrived about 20 min after my initial call. Once our paperwork was complete, she ushered us into an exam room. Once inside, the nurse came in to get a set of vitals and to ask the purpose of our visit. After she exited the room, the doctor immediately entered. He was informative, polite, explains things easy and we even had a chat unrelated to our medical visit. This was not my first visit, nor will it be the last. I highly recommend this urgent care. I hesitated going because of the reviews as well but ended up going because I cant stand the one down the block. I don't regret it at all, they had me in the back before I was done filling out all the paperwork. The doctor was awesome! Very thorough and informative. From now on this is definitely my preferred urgent care office.

These guys run a tight ship! The staff is very professional and courteous, including Dr. Rahman who was friendly and took the time to understand my situation. Visiting a medical facility from out of town can be stressful, but my experience here was top notch! Highly recommended!
