Only giving 3 stars because of melody she was so patient and great with our daughter the front girls in receptionist are so nice and welcoming! Came in for my daughters second evaluation at 730 in the morning!! Second person evaluating my daughter which happen to be GINA came in a minute pass my appointment to get welcome with WELL THEIR GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT!! A first impression is everything! And as a healthcare worker the last thing you’re patient wants to hear is their going to have to wait when their coming to you’re practice because they have concerns over their love ones! If you get referred here just make sure GINA ain’t the one evaluating your little one!

This clinic has several good therapists that we worked or keep working with. Evaluation was done properly. Parents of children with IEP should know that they can request speech/OT to be in-person and at their own home. This clinic has travelling speech therapists. It made a huge difference for my child to have speech at home. Clinic rooms are intimidating for little children. Clinic needs to hire some more OT therapists, so they would have a travelling one too.

In 2012 I took my grandson to Baby steps for 2 years of therapy. He had autism, and didn't speak. Today on his sisters 10th bday, he attends special needs schools in Henderson NV, and he is on the honor roll. I love all those people that helped him

Avoid this place like the plague. I went there to get an assessment for my daughter, which I thought went well until I read the report. The report was very discriminatory, and strongly implied that my daughters struggles were my fault. It was very unprofessional and ignorant. When I went to speak to the Director about it, she was extremely rude. She began reading while I was speaking, so I waited for her to stop reading and make eye contact with me. Once she did, she smirked through the whole conversation and made it very clear that she couldn't care less how I felt. There were very clear moments when she appeared to be holding in a laugh. When I pointed out her demeanor she stated that she was "trying to be patient" with me.

I was referred to Community Therapies through Kaiser/MediCal for my son Noah who is autistic for Occupational Therapies. These people are idiots. They told me that I had a $20 co pay because I had an HMO Plan. I told them No I have MediCal and showed them the Medical Card which THEY NEVER looked at. They kept insisting I had and HMO through Kaiser/ Medi CAL. I told them that was impossible. But they would not budge. So then they only take Cash or Check not credit card or debit card. I had neither. So rather then call Kaiser and look into my insurance they made me reschedule his appointment two weeks later because I could not pay the co Pay because I did not have cash or a check. So I go home and call Kaiser and they tell me that I was correct there was no Co Pay for this service. A Medical
