Not one good review and I will not be an exception. Hours to get through. I do not blame the employees however, this is people's health we are talking about - does management care or is it just about profits? I need CPAP supplies, I do not breathe while sleeping and need the supplies. Maybe the whole industry doesn't care. This is healthcare in America - 2025. Employees, Ronald, Danielle and Barb all processional, friendly and helpful, they need to hire more people.

Absolutely unacceptable service. I ordered critical enteral supplies for my wife—who relies entirely on a PEG tube for nutrition—on 11/24/25 through their phone system. Today is 12/1/25, and not a single essential supply or syringe has been delivered, despite their promise that everything would arrive before the end of the month. This isn’t a minor delay—this is life-dependent medical equipment, and their negligence is dangerous. I called three times today. The first two calls at 10 AM and 3 PM went unanswered, despite leaving detailed voicemails. No one bothered to call back. On the third attempt, I finally reached a customer service rep who seemed completely lost—poor listening skills, repeating the same questions I had already answered, and then telling me she “wasn’t the right departme

If I could give them 0 stars I would. After hours of going back and forth with them screwing up my mom’s oxygen order I was assured it would arrive between 4-8 pm. It never arrived and the women I spoke with from dispatch took personal phone calls on speaker while I’m on the phone, refused to look into it any further and said we would have to wait until the next day because there were no notes in the system. She said our copay wasn’t marked as paid even though my card was charged, and hung up on me-leaving us without oxygen for the night. This place is horrific.

unable to get through to any one waiting on hold for longer than 30 mins. just wanted a time frame for the equipment pickup from my home I hope I never have to deal with this company again in my life they have so far to go with customer service worst company I have ever dealt with would love to speak with CEO but that information is not available online. God help you if you need assistance from this company

They dont listen or send things you ordered. My nebulizer stopped working..I need nebs every 2 hrs..I waited 2 days as "it was on the truck" they have no sense of urgency. Lot of lip service..I found one on market place and the one from them is still not here!!!!
