Community Physician Network, Family Medicine Care - Greenwood

This practice is going downhill, I don’t know if they’re just overwhelmed with patients or what, but its no excuse. I used to refer everyone to this practice, always left raving reviews for them, my entire family was being seen here. Recently, their entire OBGYN, MD staff left the practice but even their care was becoming subpar. Dont bother filing complaints with Community South patient experience, emphasis on “patient experience” They'll turnaround and tell you that it was NOT your experience and the staff was justified in their treatment of you basically making excuses for their the staff being rude and in-compassionate, with the exception of one good Dr there, but I think even he has to be growing tired. If you are in need of OBGYN care look elsewhere

We have been going here for 7 years. My family doctor and gynecologist as well as my kids pediatrician are in this building. The nurses and doctors are fantastic as well as the ladies at the check in desks. It is always clean and welcoming. We love that you are able to get blood work and xrays next door vs having to drive elsewhere to get it. They have policy's and postings located everywhere. The app is fantastic as well giving you access to your patient information as well as contact with the doctors office.

If they are going to enforce a policy, then they should include that in their reminder texts, on their website and in their office. Nowhere did I see that if you are late for your appointment, that they will make you reschedule. I have waited for this apt for over 5 months and they refused to see me because I was ONE minute late past their "policy." What poor customer service, and an easy way to lose business.

I couldn’t be happier here. I have gone here regardless of where I’ve lived - down the road, across Indy, in the middle of nowhere. Dr. Sanderson and NP Taylor are A+ care. I feel listened to, respected, and that my care is always personalized. Couldn’t pick a better place!
