Community Pharmacy Denton TX - Compounding & Drive-Thru

I drive past many other pharmacies on my way to Community, and every mile and minute is worth it. The professionalism and thoughtful care of the staff is elite. I also prefer supporting locally owned family businesses in Denton over corporate chains. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A few people here are polite, but most interactions feel condescending and impatient. Asking basic questions is often met with annoyance rather than help. Even when a prescription is paid for in advance, it may not be ready the next day and can take up to three days to receive, with little explanation or accountability—often making it feel as though they are doing you a favor rather than providing a service.

Best Pharmacy I have ever used. I drive from Ft Worth Texas, one hour away, to use this great pharmacy. They always get the prescriptions correct. The most friendly people. They leave CVS pharmacy in the dust.

Communication got terrible progressively, great place if you want to listen to a long menu and get an answering machine. Looks more like a gift shop for women than a pharmacy! First time went great, Second time was OK, Third time payment up front or nothing and price was different three times! Would advise to look around other great options and a lot more reasonable! Seems they think they have your business then bam!

The pharmacist here is entitled, rude, and treats patients like we're stupid. I heard her say out loud "what would he know? He's not a pharmacist" before refusing to dispense my medication because of a supposed "kidney problem" that I don't have. I have NEVER gone to a kidney doctor nor has any other doctor ever mentioned that to me. I am attempting to pick up a routine medication that I've been on for 5+ years and they are refusing just to refuse and be difficult?? I'm not sure what's going on!!!!! GIVE PATIENTS THEIR MEDICATIONS AS PRESCRIBED. YOU ARE NOT AN MD SO DON'T ACT LIKE YOU KNOW BETTER THAN MY DOCTOR.
