The below issues were worked out, common sense prevailed, my surgery was on the original date of 1/5/26 and now 3 weeks post surgery I can say that Dr. Takemoto did a great job. The bend in my knee is 115+ degrees, I'm able to straighten my knee out to 0 degrees and I've been walking on my own for a week now. I'm very satisfied with Dr. Takemoto and all staff at the Hamilton Hospital. Today is Fri. 12/19/25 I'm scheduled for knee replacement with Dr. Takemoto on Mon. 1/5/26. I was just called and told they are moving my surgery to 1/12/26 because she will be doing an emergency surgery during the time I was scheduled. Seems strange that the person requiring "emergency" surgery can wait 17 days until 1/5/26 but can't wait an additional 5 days to have theirs done on 1/12/26, makes you wond

Dr Takemoto performed a total knee replacement surgery on me. During my follow up visits I told her that I was still in pain and it just didn’t feel right. She told me point blank that it was perfect and the pain was in my head. Two years later and guess what? I have to have it redone. It was never properly aligned. I have suffered post surgery for two years only to find out I have to have the entire knee redone. I would not recommend this doctor for anyone requiring a total knee replacement.

Dr Takemoto is an amazing surgeon. I would definitely recommend her for care and orthopedic surgery. I also appreciate her team of dedicated assistants and staff members.

In 2019 I had a snowmobile accident and broke my shoulder in 4 places. At the time Dr Takemoto worked at another facility where I went to recieve care. Dr. Takemoto came in as i was being prepped for surgery and sat with me for a few minutes to explain everything. She took the time to ask about my activities and what I like to do for leisure. I mentioned bow hunting. Turns out she also bow hunts and shoots competitively! She did an amazing job, and I would go to her again in a minute. Thanks Dr. Takemoto! Andrew Topham US Army Retired

I broke my arm in 2021. This doctor operated but used parts that were too small. This caused my shoulder to become dislocated. She performed a second surgery, she put something dirty in my shoulder. This casted an infection, which caused a total of 10 surgeries. After surgery number six an asked for a second opinion. The new doctor was able to fix my shoulder. I rebooked the arm this year and now I’m being told that I might loose my arm. All because of this doctor not knowing what she was doing
