Have had my teeth fixed here a couple different times always a good job always holds up Dr low is good and his staff is excellent 👌 thanks again guys and ladies, the lady at the reception counter is always bright and pleasant, she is very busy even though she's alone she manages to be pleasant and take care of things and multitask. Outstanding all around experience! Don't be afraid to go to this dentist 🦷. I didn't feel a thing and a matter of fact I almost fell asleep!

This office was recommended to me a d while I did not even really get to the point of making an appointment. I was interrogated on the phone in a very accusatory tone because I was asked for xrays and apparently provided too many. I was treated as though I did something wrong and I didnt appreciate at all how I was talked to. The list of services on their website claims they are capable of taking xrays so why it was required of me to come with xrays I am unsure of. I was also interrogated about a discount plan that is very much not insurance and lectured about my choices. I didnt even make it into the office but if thats how the office conducts itself on the phone? Im all set. I cant in good faith recommend this place. I regret being recommended it myself.

I been coming here for my cleanings and what not , place is decent , but no parking and one day I couldn’t find parking and had to park next to an apartment complex where I get threatened and cursed at by some guy there & I told the receptionist and she just brushed it off , now let’s talk about the receptionist , horrible horrible attitude and poor receptionist skills , I work in healthcare and the way she speaks to patients are awful , look beneath for the photo of our conversation per me cancelling . Everyone this is how she talks to patients , now the dentist is very nice but that receptionist man she’s a peice of work and needs to be put in her place .

The dentist was great! I’m actually sad to leave him but the office is an absolute nightmare. Did not feel welcomed the moment I stepped in there. The assistants were rude and rough with my teeth. The receptionist made me pay before I left for my tooth extraction when I have coinsurance for that. I’m pretty sure you have to run it through my insurance first before I pay. She told me to just give $65. Like what the heck! I never had to pay before the claim was ran first. I cancelled all future appointments and that receptionist was nasty with me. The dentist is overall good but he needs new procedures and a new team.

I have had a lot of work done here over the last 6 months. Dr Monighan is the absolute best! She's very pleasant and helpful with issues. Jaime cleaned my teeth today and she was awesome as well!
