Community Healthcare Network Pharmacy – Long Island City

The pharmacy staff are always really nice and helpful, as are the people who deliver my meds. I wouldn't recommend trying to reach them via phone on Monday around 9am, any day during lunch hours or 4-5pm, and all day Friday, or you may experience long wait times on hold. Spent two hours on hold on a Friday over the course of five phone calls, all at very different times of day, ultimately spoke to no one. Had to call back on Monday. Boo.

New place, nice and neat, the receptionist in the first floor are very rude, maybe not in a good mood 2nd floor nurse are very nice very patient doctors are very good too. I love it.

Good deliver

HORRIBLE. Mi hija tuvo su cita el 25 de Julio, aquel día aparte de llegar con tiempo, me hicieron esperar 30-40minutos para chequeo con el enfermero (que aparte de hablarte von SACARMOS INCLUIDO) no sabía tratar a un BEBÉ. Y luego espere OTRA HORA para la DOCTORA, en todo ese proceso mi hija se tomó su siesta de 20minutos, luego esperar 20min para luego ser llamada por las ENFERMERAS (extracción de sangre y vacunas) LUEGO TUVE QUE DESPERTARLA a la fuerza para que la VACUNARAN y encima extrajeran SANGRE en total. Para FINALIZAR el sistema no funcionaba para sacar APPOINTMENT y a los 2 días me dan la siguiente CITA MÉDICA… Con 3 MESES de anticipación faltando dos dias Me llaman a decir que REPROGRAME el APPOINTMENT porque la doctora no iba estar ese día. Llamo a las DOS HORAS y me dicen que
