Only got 2 stars because the staff was better than some places, and it's not their fault about the "booking appointments" The whole booking online is now a joke, from the front desk women themselves "online isn't actually making an appointment it's just saving you a spot to be seen" but my spot was saved for 2:40pm and I was still was in the waiting room an hour later, so it's literally pointless to make an appointment online, all walk-ins there are still being seen before you regardless of your appointment time, they also ask you to show up 10-15 mins before your time but for what, clearly our time is not important to them there. On top of that the girls at the front knew the young girl beside me, had a fever and did not require her to mask up when they have signs at the door. It doesn't

It was 4 days before Christmas so of course I had a health issue pop up. They were extremely busy so even though I had held a time online prior to going, I still had to wait quite a long time. That said, I was happy with my experience there. It was helpful that they are part of the Community Health Network so much of my health record was available them. The nurse and the PA I saw were both very nice and very thorough. I also appreciated that they followed up with me a few days later. When I told the NP that I wasn’t better even though I had been on the medication for a few days, they quickly switched it to another and my pharmacy started working on it immediately. Overall I’m very pleased with my experience.

The website NEVER works for pre-registration (unfortunately had to come 3 times this week for different members of my family coming down sick). This results in much longer wait times even if you’re on time for your appointment. Thankfully, the medical staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The bright fluorescent lighting and 90’s rock playing in the waiting room are quite annoying when you already don’t feel good though.

Booking an appointment online was quick and easy, but I had to wait 15 mins at the lobby before I was called to go in one of the rooms. Not necessarily urgent, but it was still a good experience.

Nothing “urgent” about this place. I used to come to this place before it before Go Health and never had issues with providers or promptness. I scheduled an appointment tor my daughter for 5pm. I scheduled it 9 hours prior at 8 am. We arrived 10 minutes early and did the digital sign in. Never got called up to speak to anyone up front. I figured I would verify insurance went ok so went up at 5:00. She checked it and said NOW I am checked in. Makes me wonder how long we would’ve sat there if I hadn’t said something. Finally, 45 minutes after our appointment time, we got called back. The provider came in, with a very lackluster demeanor, asks what we are there for, and glanced in both my daughter’s ears (we were there for possible ear infection). He said it didn’t look infected but had flu
