The doctor and staff were fantastic. The facility was clean and fresh. They are very professional and nice.

It’s great to have this clinic open so close to my office. I’d been fighting an infection for over a week and decided to get checked out. I was able to register online and reserve a time. Once I got there the staff was friendly and the wait time was minimal to see the Nurse Practitioner who was attentive and thorough. They sent my prescription to a nearby pharmacy and I was able to stop and pick it up on my way home.

carmel location is the best urgent care hands down, that it out here. staffing is delightful and np is top notch, should have her own dr office please take the staffing with you.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. The provider was a delight, she listened to me, and was thorough in her assessment. The two women who checked me in and took my vitals absolutely made my day. Even a brief interaction with a man was so pleasant. The appointment was easy to schedule, it went quickly, even the facility is immaculate. I just can’t say enough good things. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my mystery sore throat.
