Community Dental Care - Maplewood

I chose this office because I was told this one lady/dentist was one of the best for dentures. She personally told me she would find better-fitting soft partials for me and that insurance would cover them. She also said her scheduling team would contact me to set everything up. That never happened. It has been months, and no one has called. I received zero communication. When you’re dealing with dental work, especially dentures, communication and follow-through are extremely important. Sadly, that was not my experience.

Emergency: My teeth was a Stubborn one. It finally gave in and cracked right down the middle in half when I was eating. Dr. Tran and Kaiya (please let me know if i spelled your names wrong), spent about an hour getting it out and I am so greatful to them. It was decaying, brittle, and soft due to incomplete root filling when I was a child, and the roots were sticky to my bone that caused long term chronic infection to my jaw. It was good while it lasted but better now that it's out. The staff were all kind, explanation of waiting as emergency was very thorough and I did not have to wait long to be seen. I'm sorry for your sore hands Dr. Tran 😄 but I'm greatful and happy you stuck through it and made sure every piece was out. THANKYOU~❤️❤️❤️

DO NOT BE DECEIVED. THEY ADVERTISE EMERGENCY SERVICES BUT IT’S A SCAM. THEY WILL NOT PERFORM ANY PROCEDURES UNTIL MONTHS LATER. I was in need of an emergency dentist for terrible tooth pain today. I called around this morning and made an appointment for 530pm. I told them I don’t care about saving tooth because the pain is intolerable and I just wanted it pulled. After being seen for 5 minutes the dentist said she would schedule me at a later date to see if we can save the tooth. I told her I just want it pulled & that I explained that to the scheduler. She told me my appointment was for a simple check up & refused to do anything else. I was pleading my case that I can’t stand the pain anymore and can’t sleep or eat, and she and her assistant were LAUGHING AT ME! They were all smiles. So I

I recently visited and had my cleaning done by Loni, who was excellent at actively listening to my dental concerns. Every time I mentioned my sensitive teeth, nothing was done before, but at 32 years old, this was my first great experience. She offered me a cream to help ease my pain for up to six months. She was patient, took her time to understand my worries, and, as a mother, she put herself in my shoes. I appreciate her ability to connect with her patients. After my appointment, instead of going back to the front desk, she personally helped me schedule my next six-month cleaning. I look forward to returning and being her patient again.

As someone who is afraid of going to the dentist, my nerves were immediately settled because of how kind, patient, and understanding all of the staff has been. I have gone 4 times and had an amazing experiences!
