The staff I interacted with were nice, but the overall user experience for booking and confirming an appointment was unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance through their website (you also dont get a confirmation email), which stated that someone would call to confirm. When I didn’t hear back, I called the location myself the day before, and they confirmed the appointment. However, the entire day passed, and right before closing, I received a call informing me that the office would actually be closed the following day. It’s concerning that an appointment was confirmed when the office was not even open tomorrow, which raises questions about internal communication and scheduling. Could not have received better, more comprehensive, attentive service and support. From initial testing to making choices to fitting and set-up, and then regular check-ins—it was consistently excellent. I had a wonderful experience with Christy Estlund today. I have been having trouble with feedback from my hearing aids and she worked with me to adjust the program so I now am very happy with my hearing aids. If I have any future problems I will definitely ask for her to help me. She is the best!

My hearing assessment was very professional and thorough. “Cami” went out of her way to explain my test results and give me sound (no pun intended) recommendations based on my lifestyle needs. Honestly I was impressed and shall likely buy hearing aids and a service package from this provider. Update (four months later): I did purchase completely in the canal Starkey hearing aids with a service package. I can truthfully say I am a completely satisfied customer. The outstanding service continued throughout the fitting and adjustment process. I was having a problem with the aids "walking out" or loosening in my ear canal which could lead to losing them in some situations. Associated Hearing is the best of the best. Staff is outstanding! I’ve learned so much about my hearing. They don’t just sell hearing aids, they focus on hearing optimization. It is critical to follow up after buying hearing aids. I go every two months and they clean my ears and hearing aids. After that it’s like getting new hearing. It’s amazing. The after purchase care makes all the difference to my hearing. This is part of their program and I look forward to every visit. I think dirty hearing aids work like ear plugs and does wax build up if not removed. I believe associated hearing ensures I’m hearing as well as possible. I highly recommend them. I won’t go anywhere else!
