Providing digital new-patient information forms prior to appointments would help streamline the check-in process at Community Care. Additionally, making the check-in process a little more patient-focused would help reinforce the welcoming environment. The entire staff at Community Care was consistently welcoming, friendly, and responsive, contributing to my positive experience. FNP Tuft was welcoming, professional, and respectful, which made me feel comfortable during my recent visit. She’s an exceptional communicator—engaging, concise, articulate, and an active listener. I have gone in a few times now. It has always been a great experience. Both my daughter and myself were helped by PA Flamm. He did an amazing job both times! Very little wait time at all. Thank you for your help!

Things were ran very smoothly from checking in, to getting vitals, to seeing the provider. I felt that everyone was very kind and efficient and competent. I got the urgent care that I needed quickly and I’ve already started to recover after eight days of illness.

Emily at the front desk was uncompassionate, unprofessional, and lazy probably the worst receptionist I’ve ever encountered, matched only by the doctor I didn’t even get to meet. I went to this clinic at around 8:45 p.m. on 09/12/2025 because I was experiencing severe dizziness. During the entire encounter, Emily didn’t greet me or smile even once. Her attitude was cold and dismissive from the start. She was the only person at the front desk and immediately told me they would close in 15 minutes. I was shocked, because most clinics will still see you as long as you arrive before closing, especially a place that’s supposed to care for people. They were very helpful both times I came in. Very low wait times, super friendly and understanding nurse, and doctor did a good job answering all of my questions. Overall a great experience!
