Community Care Pediatrics - Saratoga (Malta Office)

My son has been a patient here his whole life. The biggest issue we have had repeatedly is medication refills. This office has certain medications [the most important ones] they say you need to call in every month, they refuse to add refills. I have spoken to other doctors and the pharmacy and they have said that this is not a rule, but just a policy for this office. When you call the office and leave a message 50% of the time it is called in to the pharmacy the other 50% of the time they forget/have a shortage and do not call and let you know. So then as a parent you call the nurse triage line because my school age child has been out of meds for 2 days and needs his medication to function. I have been bringing my oldest there since he was born, he is now 16. Our first doctor there Dr Morris retired a few years ago, we've been seeing Dr Farrell there since. I had my second child a few years ago and he sees her too. She is absolutely amazing. She even contacted me over the weekend once bc i had been having issues with my 16 year old. This place is great!

I have been bringing my son here and have absolutely no complaints. They take the time to answer your questions and set your expectations. I don't feel like my son is just a number. The nurses line has been very helpful when you have a quick question. Highly recommend Zachary Gleason, NP.

The nurses there are very nice and helpful but Dr. Cerenza was unprofessional. He did not wear gloves during her vaginal check and did not wash his hands after. My child also reminded him that his mask goes over his nose. I high encourage you to look at the other doctors here. * Enanuel Cirenza MD FAAP

This branch is great. Scheduling an appointment was pretty quick, the receptionist when I was there was lovely, and Dr LeCours is a great proactive doctor. My family and I have been going here for a long time.
