I recently moved across the country and sought a new spine and pain management doctor. I was assigned to Dr. Long. I have suffered with neck and lumbar injuries and surgeries for 30+ years. This was the first time I felt heard! After discussing my current medication, Dr. Long immediately offered a change he believes will help me. I was shocked. I have been on the same regimen for years but no one ever listened to my concerns about side effects, they just promoted steroid injections which I believe caused me to develop severe osteoporosis in my spine. Dr. Long also offered a support for my back to help with my situation. I'm so happy I am a patient here and I'm hopeful I can get some relief with a doctor who is willing to make changes. Everyone was very kind from the receptionist to the PA.

I am a patient of Dr. Barsanti's, I first sought his help in Oct 2007. He truly listens which is not easy to find. He also is very good at walking me thru any procedure he has done over the years. Thanks to his expertise I have made it all these years without having surgery. His staff is very nice as well. Highly recommend him!

This practice has contacted my doctor saying they got a referral and they keep calling me to make an appointment. They have been told them multiple times that I don't have pain and don't want an appointment. I'm tired of waiting on hold to ask not to be called for an appointment. It looks like this is falling through the cracks. Surprisingly, they don't have an office manager. I hate leaving reviews like this but it is concerning how they are not able to handle something that should be simple...
