We have been seeing Dr. Talibi for 6 months now and he’s been great. His bedside manner always makes us feel more than comfortable and his efforts to make shared decision making (especially in today’s world) is oh so appreciated. Thank you thank you!!!! And ALL of the nurses have been wonderful every visit!!

I called for an urgent reason and after 2 hours still no call back. None the less the person that took my information really struggled to take our information. Guess I will call again Update: on 10/18 they never called me, I called again after two hours and they said they will get back quickly. It has been almost 180 mins and trying to decide if I should take my child to urgent care but now it is too late and now pharmacy are closed. We will be leaving. Talibi thinks that a cbc test for pandas. I was told none of their doctors attends anything about pandas. The NP decided to ignore my child's shot reaction which means she had another with the next shot.

I’m COMPLETELY disgusted with the front desk receptionist her customer service deserves a 0 star. They have a 15 minute grace period for tardiness and I called well ahead of time to let them know that we’d be a few minutes late. My navigation put me there at 3:13P however traffic was thick because of construction. I arrived right at 3:15P but I am pregnant and had to park far away and by the time I got to the desk the receptionist let me know it was 3:17P. She told me I could come back on Tuesday which I replied I won’t be returning. We did like Dr.Little but this is unacceptable, LIFE happens and even though they called the next guest back I’m trying to figure out HOW?!? Was my appointment only going to be 2 minutes?!? Disgusting. I’m extremely disappointed.

If I could give ZERO STARS from the experience I had today I would. I have been coming to commonwealth Pediatric for a little over 6 years starting at the harbor Point location which was closest to home. The front desk office staff at Harbor Point was always so rude and unwelcoming every time we went there. It was always such an uncomfortable and dreadful experience that we decided to switch to the West Chester Location. The front desk staff at the West Chester Commons was always so polite and friendly at the beginning.We even mentioned to them that the reason we drove so far to come to their location was b/c of the rude front desk at harbor point &they said I wasn’t the only one to do that l.Recently, that has changed. Received a call from a rude and arrogant nurse that showed no care or compassion for my daughter’s misery. I knew she was fighting something other than just the flu. This nurse ran through her Tylenol speech, and told me my daughter didn’t need to be seen urgently and was fine to wait. She completely disregarded my concerns. I took my daughter to patient first few hours later with 104 fever, she tested positive for strep, little girl was out of it. I hope you advise your staff to listen to parents concerns. If I’m calling, it’s because I’m truly concerned about my child and your staff needs to take that seriously. Not to mention that when I called her out on the phone for crossing the line, she hung up on me. I’ve been taking my kids to this practice for 8 years and have tolerated being to
