Very happy with my Doctor and the office staff! They are quick to respond and prompt when giving assistance. Helpful with resolving outside issues(insurance and pharmacy), even when you are not physically at the office.

I found the staff very unprofessional. With a new computer system they were backed up over an hour and a half. Joking and laughing while patients had to wait in a small waiting room with the door opening and it was cold. My mom was weak I had to ask for help because the staff person was holding a lap top. Another woman I spoke to was laughing. I had to wheel my mom out myself. Only to wait in the hall. Staff was still unprofessional you could hear every word. We spent 2 hrs there as my mom was weak and nauseas. If it was my appointment I would have walked out.

Office always packed. Dropped off forms needed for d.o.t. In the am 5 pm still not done. They don’t respond to messages either. Stated Dr. is busy with patients all day and can’t give me an estimate of when they will be done.

Best Care and easy to make appointments. Staff and Dr's. Are the best you can have.

Lied and said they don't accept my insurance
