If there aren't enough physicians to see patients, they should just close this urgent care. 2-3 hrs to be seen is absolutely ridiculous. They could have at least warned us about the wait time.

I am so frustrated with Commonwealth Extended Care. Unfortunately anymore it might take days or weeks to get an appointment with my primary care at commonwealth primary so your stuck if you need to see a Dr sooner or a weekend this is there urgent care. The receptionist and one of the nurses are nice and you know what your illness and medication are you can get the right treatment. But you can go there as I have with copd , asthma and respiratory problem and if they assign you someone like Dr Sharma ( whom I never heard of before) and you wait hours to be seen , you see patients who came an hour after you did get seen and leave and your left in the waiting room with patients with no mask coughing their heads off. You finally get seen hours later and basically told she doesn’t want to take

Was seen within 20 minutes. The Dr performed a detailed examination and tests. Very professional.

Reception was excellent. Had flu virus symptoms for almost a month with sleep issues due to sinuses. I was given an antibiotic and instructed to discontinue use of Afrin nasal spray told to use Nasacort. Still having sinus issues. Called 5 days later after no improvements and was told to give things time. I have been for a month. A good waste of money and time. I guess I got my 15 minutes worth. Save your money and stay home and wait!

Absolutely TERRIBLE! I would never go back to Commonwealth Extended Care, which is the urgent care branch of Commonwealth Primary Care. I’m a patient at Commonwealth Primary Care, but this was the first time I've used their urgent care option, which they advertise as a better choice than going to urgent care facilities (like BetterMed, or Patient First). I got there at 10:30am, was screened at the front door of the building by a person who was not friendly nor helpful. She told me to wait in my car and they would call me when they were ready to see me. They didn't call until about an hour later at which point they told me to pull into one of the allocated parking spots on the side of the building, which is when I learned I’d be having my visit with the doctor in my CAR. Really? I work in
