⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) My experience with Brian Bixler, PA-C, and the entire team at CommonSpirit Pain Specialists in Longmont was excellent. From the front desk receptionist to the nursing staff and Brian himself, I felt genuinely heard, respected, and supported. My concerns about chronic pain were taken seriously, and I appreciated that my preference to explore non invasive and evidence based alternatives, including Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), was thoughtfully discussed rather than dismissed. Brian created space for a collaborative conversation instead of defaulting to medications or injections. He also validated and supported a procedure recommendation made by another practitioner in a different practice, which reinforced continuity of care and strengthened my confidence in the overall tre

If you had zero, it is what you deserve. It is the office personnel, at Pain Management and their schedulers who are AWFUL at their job. In advance, my appointment was scheduled and confirmed. Upon arrival, I find out, NOTHING had been pre-approved, no one followed through with their job responsibilities. Future patients: Call ahead and double - check IF the office staff did their job properly before your arrival. Do NOT be surprised if they have not. 😡 I would bet 10O percent they did NOT. I spoke with the office manager and she did not seem to care, either. The Doctor is excellent. The office staff sucks.

Brian Bixler is excellent at listening to your issues and finding solutions. He obviously cares about his patients and his many years of experience shows through. I highly recommend him

My take away from the first appointment with Dr Afzal: “Very knowledgeable and smart, personable, patient, considerate. and willing to spend time answering questions.” That was my experience with the first appointment and that has been my experience and the subsequent appointments with Dr. Afzal. Consistency is not as prevalent as it used to be, and I find this aspect of my experiences particularly reassuring.

Wow! Joseph was so helpful and wonderful as a provider. He took time with me, answered my questions, shared informed ideas about supplements and herbal alternatives to prescription meds, which I deeply appreciated. A really helpful provider.❤️
