CommonSpirit Emergency & Urgent Care Golden

They are one of the places that charge “facility fee” charges and you’ll receive this fun bill later. So basically you’re charged for just using the building? Paying to see the doctor isn’t enough. I’ve been 3 times. Only 1 of those visits was good. The other two I was provided no substantive medical care and 5 min with a doctor. The nurses have always been nice, no complaints there. Never given true diagnoses just shrugs. One time I was covid tested for GI symptoms, it was illogical. Much better urgent cares and ERs I would recommend, would avoid this one.

The night team provided an exceptional experience. I'll gladly drive over an hour out of my way again just to see this team. Best urgent care / emergency care experience ever. Very professional, while also personable. By the end I didn't want to leave, I wanted to hang out! Great team. Thank you everyone.

Shout out to the team at urgent care Golden.! I went in with abdominal pain and a suspected appendicitis. They had me in the back room in less than five minutes on fluids antibiotics and CT imaging done very efficiently. It’s a great well oiled team effort. They confirmed my appendicitis and sent me over to Saint Anthony’s in no less than two hours. Thanks again for everything! So grateful you are there for us when we need you.

I’ve had excellent experiences with the CommonSpirit Urgent Care in Golden. Dr. Miller and Dr. Hicks were both great. Both resolved my health issue while being efficient and personable. Nursing staff has been great. I’ve been very pleased.

They were so kind and attentive. Dr. Long was amazing and really listened to all of my concerns. My nurse was wonderful, and even the front desk staff was kind and helpful. I never thought I’d enjoy an ER visit as much as I did haha - very grateful for the care I received.
