I so appreciated the care and attention. I got at the urgent care facility. Dr. Lake Lee is very intelligent and kind and very well-versed. I was very surprised when he knew about a condition that my own doctor hadn’t named for several years. He’s quite well informed I appreciated his Support and I also appreciated him, addressing my pain which was quickly taken care of because of his prescription. I highly recommend this urgent care and I highly recommend Dr. Lakely. The nurse was also incredibly kind. I appreciate so much their care. Thanks so much Cathy Austin.

Dr. Lakey was very kind, knowledgeable, and made sure I went home with some medication despite my pharmacy being closed today. I've gone to this same urgent care for the same issue, as someone who's new to having insurance and doesn't have a PCP, this location and staff have made me feel a whole lot better / more confident in the system! I visited CommonSpirit a few days ago with a dislocated shoulder. The staff was very accommodating and helped me reduce the shoulder quickly and efficiently. Service was top notch and they truly care about patients, helping me with the "urgent care route" and not forcing me into an ER visit when it wasn't necessary (Other hospitals I have been to have done this). I highly recommend their services and care provided.

In June 2025 we brought our toddler in. She had fallen and broke her arm (wrist was touching her elbow), and was bleeding from the back of her head. The 2 women at the counter said we'll have to wait because they were busy (there was 1 other vehicle in the parking lot). After 20 minutes and getting ready to go across the street to the fire department they decided to get us into a room. Once we were put in a room, the doctor and nurses were very attentive to the severity of the injuries. After it was all said and done, and the bill came in. It took 5 calls to their billing line and 4 calls to them to apply the insurance information. The office personal need to be trained properly AND both women at the front shouldn't be in this line of work!

The Doctor, nurse and front desk stuff are all amazing! Dr. Bender is knowledgeable and caring, he made me feel comfortable. The service is fast and smooth. I highly recommend this urgent care. No wait time and will address your health issue right away.
