Comfort Smile Family Dentistry

I would not recommend this dentist based on my experience. The overall treatment felt unprofessional and disrespectful. During my visit, the dentist made very harsh and unnecessary comments about my teeth, describing them as “horrible,” which felt inappropriate and discouraging rather than constructive or helpful. What concerned me even more was the lack of professionalism during the procedure. At one point there was blood splatter, and I noticed the dentist was not wearing gloves, which raised serious hygiene concerns for me. The entire interaction felt uncomfortable and dismissive, as if patients were an inconvenience rather than people seeking care. A dental visit should involve professionalism, respect, and proper medical standards, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

I came to get my teeth cleaned for the first time here and the staff were absolutely fantastic, they were super nice and friendly. Dr Phil ended up doing a deep clean for me, he was attentive and kept asking if I was ok. I recommend coming here for your dental needs!

Today was my first time taking both of my kids to this dentist. The Dentist Mr.Lee was very very rude and was in a rush to get our visit over with. He tried telling my sons dad to wait outside while they do exams and a cleaning! He was very unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone to him! He was also very snobby. Not a good experience at all. We went to the Hacienda Heights location and never will we go back.

The dentist and receptionist are super! super! super! super! Super! rude. This was the worst experience in my life I’ve ever had. I won’t recommend anyone to hacienda comfort smile Dentist Mr.Lee.

All i can say this was the best experience ive had with a Dentist and staff. DR. and the staff Olga and Yadi are the best..... very understanding. i had to be sent for an emergency root canal and was sent to a very good specialest at Arcadia and best also NO COMPLAINTS ....
