Comfort Dental - I-240 & Penn

The staff and the Doctor were superb, this dental experience was better than any experience I've had with the dentist office. They got me in last minute and they were very informative about the recommended treatment. I really appreciated how they guided me through everything and made everything so easy. And, they have great prices! I had to leave a review to say that I had no complaints and the best experience someone can have while going to the dentist!

Literally the best dentist I have ever been to in 31 years, hands down. They are so warm and welcoming and do not judge you at all!! I went into my first appointment with quite a bit of anxiety and they knew exactly what to do to put me at complete ease. I cannot recommend them enough! They truly care and take their time to make you comfortable and get to know you as a person, not just another patient! They have quick availability to get you seen also which is always amazing and they're open til 7 so that's helpful as well. Send everyone you know to comfort dental at Penn!!

I am so grateful that this location opened up because they are so much closer than the one I used to go. I was able to snag an appointment within a few days. Felt like family not just another patient. Loved the vibe of the atmosphere with music and I didn't freeze. I have been to other dentist offices that has trains that freeze me out.

I want to start by saying I understand how busy dental offices can be, and I appreciate that this location was able to see me on short notice when my regular dentist was booked out. However, I felt it was important to share my experience. During my visit, the dental assistant I was assigned to appeared inexperienced and struggled to take very basic X-rays. I explained that I have a TMJ issue and cannot open my mouth very wide. The assistant appeared confused about what TMJ was and mentioned she would need to ask the doctor whether X-rays still needed to be taken. Given that I was experiencing significant mouth pain, this made me feel uneasy and not well supported. Despite trying to explain my discomfort and concerns, I didn’t feel listened to, which made an already stressful visit more d

I came in to get two crowns done on my front teeth and they look/feel great!! I got compliments on my crowns during my interviews for dental school from the dental faculty. Can’t really say much more than that, the work speaks for itself! Highly recommend the dentists and assistants here, they take pride in their work and are determined to do right by their patients.
