It was resolved. Everything is fine now. That is why I gave a four star. I didnt know there was a third party involved. But it got taken care of. Overall comfort dental is a great place. They do a great job. It was a misunderstanding. Thank you for your hard work.

They are all very kind people. I had a great experience even though I had to get so much work done. They won't put you through insane pain. I got a referral to for sedation through surgery so I didn't have to have to endure excruciating pain if you're holding off on seeing a dentist because you're scared this is the place to go I promise you

I was having some trouble finding a place that could get me in for an emergency tooth removal and Comfort Dental was the only place that was able to get me right in. Extraction went great thanks to Chrissy and Doctor Hurt! They also helped me a few days later on a walk in because i had something stuck in my gums. Great service here i would recommend them to anybody.

This place is a mess. Whoever the manager is they're extremely unprofessional, he was yelling at the front desk girl in front of the customers and was going on and on about something that the girl didn't do. Regardless of if the girl wasnt doing what she was suppose to do, you do not yell at employees in front of customers. You need to take them somewhere private. So that immediately set the mood, not to mention the fact that they were closed one day and didn't bother to call out to their patients. This could have easily been done on a personal cell phone if they didn't have access to the database, perhaps they should keep a paper schedule of their customers for the day. Worst dental experience ever! I had a full set of top dentures made here and they broke four times! Every time I took them in the dentist was very rude and asked me how they keep getting broke? I simply told him that they had broken everything by simply eating! He called me a liar right to my face! On the last visit to get them repaired i told him I needed a cleaning and a cavity filled. He fixed the bad tooth and his assistant flossed my teeth and added more artificial filling to a tooth that needed nothing done to it! After doing some research he had charged my insurance for a full cleaning and two fillings! That is fraud!
