Comfort Dental Care

I was a person terrified of the Dentist, untill my experience with Comfort Dental. I needed two root canal and a few fillings. Dr. Jacob, my dentist, was excellent, he was skillful and patient. I had no pain at all!!! The office staff were great and the facility is clean. The Best Dental Care in the City!!!🥳😘

At the New Office on 149th Street, they are pleasant at the front desk, especially the lady who calls me to schedule an appointment. The Dentist i had does a decent job. The wait time isn't to bad even tho they have a lot of patients, I always get there earlier before my appointment and will get seen sometimes a little before time. Everything is clean. The only thing I wish they had was particians bc there are no separate rooms that the dentist have to work on patients, everything is open when you go in the back and I really don't care to see anyone else sitting in a chair while the dentist is in a person's mouth.

Too much random over sharing about how picky the doctors are about kids. Did not come off as kid friendly. Red flag

After a week of reflection I upgraded this from 1 to 3 stars. This location takes my insurance and uses seasoned dentists who know exactly what they are doing. You get quality work done fast. In and out. They may not be a friendly inviting place but they are professional. My initial review here. “I don’t recommend this place. Front desk staff always and I mean always cold and rude. The staff don’t wear name tags and do not create a welcoming experience. The dental assistants walk in and do not want to greet you at all. The dentist is cold and impersonal. Does not matter how many years you have been going there. They still treat you as a nuisance or stranger. After going to Comfort Dental faithfully for a while I’m done. This has to be the most miserable dental experience ever recently

Exesive wait time at their need location. Disorganized. You will wait 2+ houra even if you make an appointment.
