Comfort Dental - Bellefontaine

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I witnessed one of the leading dentists here make fun of an individual with disabilities because they had trouble accepting the mold for fitting for dentures. The dentist did not take the time to explain what she would be doing. She just came in and stuck a mold in the individuals mouth without preparing her. I don't know if this is how it's done with everyone or she just did not take the time to be a decent human being because she realized her client had disabilities. The individual had trouble accepting it and wanted to try to push it out of her mouth. The molds weren't castable, so we were given a referral to another dentist, alpha dental in Springfield and they were wonderful with working with her. She had no problems with Alpha dental! Absolute GREAT experience. Got an emergency appointment the same day today for a tooth that has had me in pain for 5 weeks. They were very thorough and did so many X-rays of all my teeth. The dental tech(I didn't get her name I forget) and Doctor Paige were very nice. Receptionist was very nice as well. They already gave me a referral for some extractions I need done and already got me scheduled for my first cleaning with them in just a few weeks. Highly highly recommend!! 2-10-2026

This place is absolutely amazing! They've made me feel nothing but comfortable since my first appointment! They fixed all my teeth and they are perfect! To be able smile again, all because the amazing people that work here! I can't thank you enough for giving me my smile back!! They are very clean, extremely nice, and care about your teeth as much as you do! I absolutely will recommend Comfort Dental to everyone!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was nervous because I had a bad experience with Aspen Dental but they made me feel comfortable and were upfront and honest with me on where I needed to go to get new dentures because I’ve had them for so long and have bone loss. This place is incredibly clean, with new and well-maintained equipment. The staff is extremely friendly, outgoing, and genuinely cares about their patients. I needed some extensive work done, and instead of putting me through a potentially uncomfortable experience, they thoughtfully referred me to another place better suited to my needs. I really appreciated their honesty and consideration. Also, I have to mention that the dentist who helped me was absolutely stunning—she was from India or somewhere similar, and her kindness and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend!
