My hearing appointment was excellent! I am glad to have exceptional experienced doctor to serve my hearing needs!

I had my year check last week. We were greeted . The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We met the “new” Stacy. She put us at ease by telling her story of working for Hearing Life. She was professional and accurate. Very much appreciated her explanation of the various steps with hearing and hearing aids. We felt heard and very cared for by this team.

Stacy was very friendly and professional. She took her time, and did not rush me. She explained how the new aides would work and benefit me. She cleaned my current aides and changed the battery. I will decide at my next appointment if I want the new ones.
