I loved this place. There is a physical therapist that is amazing. You walk in not doing good and you feel better after first visit. I went to two visits and I called ahead and told them I was switching to a new insurance. It was the same as the previous one but a different number. They told me it was fine just bring in the new card. I got to the appointment and they said they had to check something and asked me to sit down. They proceeded to whisper back and forth to each other with me sitting right there. I asked if there was a problem. They told me since I had a new card I would have to be a new patient and have to be revaluated again (by the same guy I saw 2 appointments earlier). I had only been there 2 times. My 95 year old mother and I have been patients at Comber PT in New Town for the last few weeks in the spring of 2024. All of the staff we have encountered, including reception, Anthony and Steve, are all kind and funny. But Danny, a PTA, is particularly special. He really stands out as someone who wants to help you and make you smile. From the first time we walked in, Danny introduced himself and offered us water. I felt like he was welcoming us into his home. He took my mother by the arm and took her back for PT. He calls her “beautiful”, which most 95 year olds don’t hear anymore. Every time we come in, Danny welcomes us and jokes with us. He’s the kind of person who will make patients want to return to Comber when PT is needed again. Office workers are organized and efficient...you actually get a Human when you call! PT staff is enthusiastic, attentive and knowledgeable, facility and equipment is clean and functional. My only small complaint is that you sometimes are given a task or handed off to a different therapist and then forgotten. Staff talks and jokes amongst themselves, which is fine, but sometimes you get lost in the background. Otherwise, it's a great place which I highly recommend.

Once you come in the door, there are friendly assistants there to great you. I really appreciated the promptness with keeping appointment times. Never a wait! All exercises are simply and fully explained, with reminders of correct techniques. Dr White, Sarah, Peyton, and Janice are very kind and compassionate showing their caring spirit with patients. I definitely recommend the Comber.

Front Desk office staff is efficient, and professional. Alexis is always friendly, helpful, and patient. Harley is approachable, and flexible which I very much appreciate. Tori is amazing! My husband and I can now have 45 minute massages instead of 30 minutes because of her "detective skills" and we absolutely LOVE HER! Thank you Tori! Sarah is an awesome massage therapist. She is mature, and listens carefully to what your needs are. Sarah is also not a "chatty Cathy" when she is attending to you, which I prefer, so I can totally relax during my massage. Dr. McEwen is a one of a kind chiropractor. He explains what he is doing in a way that you understand, and plans care around the individual patient. In other words, Dr. McEwen is not a "cookie cutter" chiropractor.
