I participated in a hearing test and a test for vertigo/dizziness. Although I hope to never have to participate in that vertigo/dizziness test ever again... Dr. Ashlyn Wheat was very kind, empathetic, and patient through it all. She explained what she was doing, what each test was looking for, and some potential points of interests as we went along- I found this really valuable in making me more comfortable and understanding/enduring some of the more miserable testing. If I need additional testing/services, I will be asking for Dr. Wheat in the future and recommending her to anyone who will listen!

staff was too comfortable putting theirs hands on my child during attempts to redirect their behavior. Thats what Im in the room for - dont touch my child and definitely do not grab them by the arm and pull them

I took my elderly Aunt for hearing aids last year. She lost both the initial set($1,198) & the replacement set. I took her to a different provider & the hearing aids cost $398.00. These are comparable to the expensive ones. Cols Spch & H'ing could have offered the same hearing aids covered by Insurance. They instead only gave us the most expensive brands to choose from. When I ordered the replacements from Cols Spch & H'ing, the Audiologist was very rude. FYI: No. I am not in your system. My aunt is the patient.

I had an appointment with Ashlyn on the adult side of Columbus Speech & Hearing Center today. What a wonderful experience! Ashlyn explained every step of each test before she performed the test. After each test was over she asked how I was feeling and then proceeded to the next test. If you are looking for a new audiologist in the Columbus GA area I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ashlyn! Thank you!

Amazing staff. They payed attention to what I needed done for a pre-employment physical and completed my paperwork without hesitation. I even had to go back a couple days later to correct something and they got me in quickly to accommodate me. Highly recommend.
