I am VERY pleased with my visit. Very professional. They asked me several questions, covered all the bases. I left there feeling confident I came to the right place to clear up my ongoing ear problems. I finally feel like it will be resolved. Thank you so much for everything you are doing for me. Dr. Morrow has been wonderful to work with. She set me up with a great pair of hearing aids— and is thorough and personable. I have been going to her for 2 years, and my experience has far surpassed my expectations. I was having issues with severe nosebleeds. I scheduled an appointment with Columbus Otolaryngology. When I arrived the wait was very short. I was greeted by Amber Citta, APRN and her team. It didn't take long to realize Ms. Citta was super intelligent and a definite expert in the ENT area of medicine. She examined my nose, went over my condition and treatments very thoroughly and clearly. She did a small procedure allowing the student on her team a chance to learn and see which is awesome. I was extremely happy with Ms. Citta and Columbus Otolaryngology. I would highly recommend them! I would especially encourage you to request to see Amber Citta. You will be impressed with her immense knowledge, her kindness, and great care.

Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. Dr. Jazwick was easy going and kind. She was thorough and explained things as she went. She went over all possibilities, her final thoughts and recommendations. Definitely would go to her again.

From checking in for my appt, meeting with Dr Morrow and leaving the office - I felt that they really care about you ❣️ Dr Morrow spent lots of time with me and explained every question I had, she’s the very best & I really enjoy our appts.
