Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had my flu shot and didn't even feel it. Nurse was fantastic at her job and Chris in Billing was outstanding at taking care of the bill
Great staff nurses and doctors. I’ve never had a bad experience. I came from Omaha from think exurban and COLUMBUS is a night and day difference. This is what hospitals and doctors and nurses should be like.
The Columbus Family Practice team was wonderful. They answered my call, gave clear directions, and had a room ready when I arrived. The doctor promptly sent an antibiotic prescription to the pharmacy, and my sinus infection is already improving.
