If I could give Zero stars I would. Avoid paying this place for any type of service. I’ve been more than patient and polite with this place on 2 separate occasions and both times I’m met with nothing but poor customer service and excuses. False timelines, skipped ticket numbers due to them not wanting to explain why they’re falling short on your order. Stay away from this establishment, unless you’re ok with wasting your money and not receiving a refund for it .

Talked to the general clinic about TB testing at least 2xs. Went in for the test and was told that I can't get the test today because they're doing inventory on Monday and won't be available. They could've told me that on the phone when I called twice, so that I wouldn't waste time and gas rushing to get there today, only to be told I can't get the test today. Please let the public know information like this in advance like when we called so this doesn't happen. Time and gas are money. It's hard enough to reach you on the phone also. I see why you have bad reviews.

I just moved here outta state and I had to transfer my kids immunization records to Ga.. why I have to PAY $10 per child to get copy like WTH that’s insane to pay that much

If I could give zero stars I really would. I don’t understand why government agencies move so slowly. I brought my 1 year old for walk in immunizations and waited over 3 hours and still didn’t get called back. It’s ridiculous how long it takes just for immunizations. These agencies need to do a lot better. Not to mention the receptionists attitudes are as horrible as the wait.
