I initially had high hopes for this dentist's office. Everyone was nice, and when I had a dental emergency—a broken tooth nine months before my wedding—they were able to see me quickly. I needed an extraction, followed by an implant, and something temporary in between. They recommended a flipper and got it made for me very fast. Unfortunately, the flipper was difficult to manage. It was hard to get in and out of my mouth, sometimes fell out unexpectedly, and later became so tight it was uncomfortable. There were appointments where they spent hours trying to adjust it. It even broke my nails trying to remove it, and sometimes my gums would bleed.
