I went to a local dentist for 46 years until he retired. I needed some dental work done so I decided to go back after a new group took over his former practice. I was sorely disappointed to the point that I would never go back nor recommend the dentist who did the work . The good that came of this very negative experience was that I found Dr. Nan Chen. He and his staff are wonderful! I needed a filling and was able to get it done the day after I contacted his office as a new patient. The staff is super friendly and the place is spotlessly clean. Dr. Chen is very professional and friendly, as well. I highly recommend this practice in every way.

Dr. Chen and his staff are amazingly polite, kind, knowledgeable, and timely. Dr.Chen does excellent work and has helped me out with several complicated teeth challenges including cavities and concerning teeth patterns. I’m so thankful to have him and his team on my medical team and for always taking care of me and my family. I trust them entirely and I am so lucky for all that they do.

I was anxious about a root canal but Dr. Chen and his staff were extremely supportive and reassuring. He did a great job and was very quick. They seem to always be ready for my appointment (never waited a minute!) and very efficient.

I started seeing Dr. Chen in 2023 and have always had a great experience with him. He’s gentle, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients. Unfortunately, today I was told I’m being discharged from the practice for missing two appointments — one last year and one today. I completely understand the importance of keeping appointments, but I was never made aware of any policy like this. When I questioned it, I was told that because they’re a private practice, they don’t have to tell patients about their policies and that I “should just know.” As a full-time working mother and full-time student, sometimes things do get missed — life happens. But the way I was spoken to was incredibly condescending and tasteless. I’ve never been treated that way by any medical office b

The receptionist was the most helpful, kind person. Went above and beyond for me. The dentist was very kind and supportive of my anxiety. The dental assistant couldn’t have made me feel anymore at ease. Wonderful group!
