My husbands appointment is next week to see Dr. Frank Pusey. He is a referral from his PCP. Talked with office manager, who by the way answered the phone immediately, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. She eased my mind about the facility and the Doctor. Shame on myself and people who read reviews on the internet. They are very deceiving and the internet is unfortunately taking over our lives. My husband and I both trust our PCP and do not believe he would send us to someone that would not take care of him. Dr. Pusey, you have a very good, loyal Office Manager.

We are so extremely disappointed in this doctor as well as his staff! My husband has been seeing Dr. Pusey for years ONLY because we can't find a neurologist in Sumter. They never answer the phone nor do they return phone calls. He sees him once a year so he can "check" his reflexes, charge us $70 dollars and then not return any calls. It is so very frustrating that we are paying three times as much as we should for a prescription for my husband because his staff is too inconsiderate to call us back and the doctor will NOT call Express Scripts to try and help us with this situation. This is by far the worst experience we have ever had with a doctor and his staff.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! For one, they will leave you waiting for EVER in the office before seeing the doctor. But I think my worst complaint is they never answer the phone or call you back! I have epilepsy and I was due for a refill on my meds. The pharmacy and myself kept calling and no one would respond! After the pharmacy graciously gave me a 3 day supply I went days with no medicine and felt horrible! I finally had my family doctor call in my meds for me and refer me to a new neurologist. This place sucks! Trust me, go to a different neurologist

Dr. Pusey is a waste of time. I would save your money and go somewhere else. They do not answer the phone nor return calls. He gives very vague answers and is a horrible doctor. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Don't waste your time - The office never answers the phone or calls you back. They weren't able to get anything done for me in five months. They blamed insurance and Obama (seriously). I went to a new doctor, where the phone gets answered or they call you back within a day, and they were able to get everything through insurance within a week.
