Was very pleased with my first time at this new dental practice. I was treated with kindness and friendliness and was also grateful that they accepted my dental insurance. Dr. Reilly explained some exercises I can do to improve my bite, which had been worrisome. I feel hopeful because I could feel the difference as he had me try the exercises. Thank you, Dr. Reilly! Also, thanks to Brenda, Heather, and Trisha for your reassurance in explaining things and for your kindness. It goes a long way for someone with anxiety. ☺️

My family has been getting our dental needs met here for several years. I have always been very satisfied until recently. They made a billing mistake months ago and it has been impossible to get them to correct their mistake and issue my refund. * editing because they finally are taking care of this issue. The care we receive here is really great. This issue was really disappointing after the years if top notch care and customer service. **3 weeks later and still have not been refunded.

I visited Columbia Family dental for a second opinion after my previous visit. Dr. Riley not only explained all the possible outcomes but also provided insights into why the other dentist might have recommended the same work. Dr. Riley was highly professional and incredibly helpful. He also took the time to examine my two-year-old teeth.

I really appreciated the service I got at Columbia Family Dental. It was my first visit after moving here, and the staff were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Reilly gave me options for a cracked tooth and did not try to pressure me into a high cost solution. Natasha was a friendly and gentle hygienist. I give the staff high marks all around and feel good about my new dental team.

Great experience. I appreciate that Dr Riley took the time to explain my options and cost to repair a 25 year old filling that had broken. Everyone on the Staff I interacted with was great. Heather did a great job with the x-rays and getting me ready to see Dr. Riley. Highly recommend this dental practice.
