Columbia Dental Wellness

After searching for a dentist, my husband and I scheduled a visit with Dr. Nasir at Columbia Dental Wellness in Columbia, MD, and we have no regrets. The service was outstanding. The dentist and staff were incredibly accommodating, taking special care to address all of our dental needs and concerns. Dr. Nasir was efficient and thoroughly explained every detail of the treatment plan and its expected outcomes, which helped both my husband and me feel at ease throughout the process. Overall, the experience was truly remarkable, and I look forward to any future appointments as needed. Kudos to Dr. Nasir and the entire staff for providing such stellar service!

Everyone at this office is amazing and kind. I have so much dental anxiety that I have avoided dentist my whole life (shaking sweating all of it) both the Dr and assistants were so patient and worked with me. They would check if I was okay often, give me a break whenever I needed, and talked me through what they were doing. I had one exam prior to this experience, and let me just say this team is thorough! They told me what was recommended and I was able to pick what I wanted or how many visits I would like to do this with. They offered payment plans when going over my estimate prior to treatment, which is a huge plus. What they quoted me is what I paid no surprises. This office was also super clean and no wierd smells. Will continue to go here!

They are always doing a good job in a timely manner, and they take care not to cause discomfort and help you no matter how extensive the job is. The help desk and billing is easy to work with and they go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of and that everything is in order for future visits if you want to plan further ahead. They are always kind and respectful, you never worry about them trying to sell you on unnecessary options for treatment, and when they are actually working with you in the seat, they have casual conversations with each other. It's something simple, but they never ever get distracted from their work and for me personally it makes me feel easy, as if it's a distraction from the work being done in my mouth. The office is very clean and everyone is very nice... but I recommend avoiding this dental practice unless you want to pay for services that aren't evidence based and/or not requested. I shared with a friend who's a Harvard Dental School graduate with years of experience, that my dentist applied Arestin prior to cavity filling and she was surprised since this is NOT standard of care. On another occasion, Dr. Nasir offered to show me a picture of my wisdom tooth; however, I said no don't worry about it I trust you (knowing fully well that would add to the cost) but she still took the x-ray and charged insurance.

I brought my family here after a poor experience at another office and I have to say- Dr Nasir is THE BEST dentist I have ever met. She treated my family with compassion and care despite there being a language barrier and multiple complex dental issues. She addressed all of their concerns and made them feel comfortable through all of the procedures. We felt truly taken care of and I could tell Dr Nasir always kept in mind what was in the best interest of the patient. Not only will I be bringing the rest of my family here, but I will be changing my own dentist and getting my own dental care here because I TRUST Dr. Nasir with my dental health.
