I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic! The environment is spotless, bright, and very welcoming. The staff are so friendly and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The dentist was gentle, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. You can tell they truly care about their patients and maintain very high hygiene standards. I left with a big smile and complete confidence in their care. highly recommend this place!

When I first arrived, I had to wait a good 20 to 25 minutes in a room that was either not air-conditioned or barely functioning on a 90° day. Then the receptionist let me know the doctor was running late and that I could either wait another 20 to 25 minutes, come back later, or reschedule altogether. I’m not gonna lie this left me extremely frustrated and honestly pretty angry. I had taken time out of my workday, showed up on time, and felt like my time wasn’t being respected at all. But this is exactly why you hire the right people. Dr. Jason Lee was absolutely phenomenal. The moment I finally sat down with him, all that frustration started to fade. He didn’t just rush through the appointment, he sat down, pulled up my X-rays on the screen, and walked me through everything clearly and si

Office staff was kind and accommodating. Although I have a lot of fear visiting the dentist. Bhavin had such a positive, affirming spirit. He provided the most AMAZING cleaning I had in a long time. He was very thorough and attentive. He also provided valuable tooth care information while being gentle and patient. I genuinely felt happier after leaving the chair.

If I could give this place -5 Stars I would. Terrible. Never had a worse experience. save your time and money - go elsewhere where patient care/ customer service is prioritized.

I appreciate the gentle yet quick work done today! As a person who is always traveling for work I also value the availability of Columbia Dental to serve the community (late nights and weekends). Im excited for my next appointment and to get my dental care team established!
