Don't use this place. After my cleaning, I waited 20 minutes for the only doctor there & couldn't wait any longer. They don't have enough staff for the number of patients they take in. Also, I called with excruciating tooth pain & they told me the best they could do was give me an appointment for 2 weeks later. They expect you to wait that long while in horrible pain? Disgusting. Will not be returning.

Great office staff, who put me on a waiting list and got me a cleaning appointment on the day I needed! I cannot say enough about my hygienists. I think her name was Josie. She was very informative and explained the correct way to brush my teeth. And not in a condescending way. My visit was more like a Dental workshop. Plus the dentist examined a problem tooth and rather than make up procedures she could do to correct it, she told me it is fine the way it is and nothing needs to be done unless I want to do something. The tooth is not in danger or any more vulnerable. Love the honesty!

My dentist for years, although I hadn’t been to the office in a few years, called this morning at 8:02am as I have a tooth that is zinging sharp pain…they said they would call me back. At 4:15pm I called them back, she said I could have next available appointment then proceeded to tell me it was in Mid October. I’m in pain I said, Amanda then said I know but I was told to offer you the next available. So unprofessional! Do better!

Have had a number of issues with the billing and admin team. More importantly my daughter had them repair a broken tooth which required a filling, and I was charged around $700. Days later the filling fell out and she started having pain in the tooth which she didn’t prior. She didn’t want to go back here so went to another dentist who said the work was done improperly and it was now infected but recommended going back to Columbia dental because they should fix it with no additional charge since it was there mistake and it would be an additional $700 for him to do it. After going back and forth hand delivering x-rays and multiple visits Columbia said that they would correct it but I would be charged for the work because they don’t feel it was because of their incompetence. Love my dentist and assistant duo. I have severe dental anxiety and the staff has been gentle and understanding with me for the last year i've gone there, it's great! The wait is also minimal, usually in and out very fast.
