Colorado Ear Care is a wonderful place to get your hearing aides. Dr Cailin was so thorough with the testing, fitting and caring about my concerns around wearing hearing aides. Then, for all the after sale cleaning and service work, Morgan has been just wonderful. Very caring and professional. I look forward to my appointments. It’s a joy to be taken care of by them. I highly recommend the Lakewood office. The facility is always clean, you’re offered coffee or water when you go in and there’s candy too. I feel valued here.

After visiting Colorado Ear Care several times since purchasing my hearing aids, I can truly say that I have never been to a more friendly and organized health care facility. They treat their patients like family and truly care about their hearing and well-being. I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful audiology office!

The Colorado Ear Care staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, and then taken care of by Dr. Hannon who carefully explained all aspects of testing and diagnosis. I will enjoy upcoming appointments to fit and learn to use my new hearing aids.

Dr Wing and Morgan were very welcoming and knowledgeable. They explained everything and prepped me for all the different tests. Honestly as a toddler mom, this was relaxing. That’s how easy they made the vestibular testing process! Would refer and recommend Colorado Ear Care to my friends and family.

From first contact to end of test the service for me, with Morgan providing excellent on the phone information. When I arrived Morgan was behind the desk and cheerfully provided what I needed to fill out and apologized for there being several sheets. When Dr Wing came out to get me she was extremely polite and welcoming. I was not completely done with the paperwork and she said to just bring it with me. I've never had a vestibular test before. Dr Wing was calm and reassuring all.the way thru the test. She explained not only what the test was, but how it would feel. Giving me a few minutes between segments for me to relax my anxiety. This was a wonderful representation of what a patient should feel about their trip to an appointment for a test. I always felt that I was the priority!
