After a laminectomy, I called the physical therapy clinic affiliated with my surgeon and learned that their schedule had no vacancies for several weeks. I could not start PT there until two months after surgery. Wanting to get started, I contacted Collins Physical Therapy, who gave me an appointment within 48 hours. I have had excellent attention from professionals who possess great people skills, are cheerful, kind, and accommodating, and who work well together as a team. Because they don't have the captive audience of a surgical practice, they make every effort to give their patients a positive experience.

In November and December of 2018 I was treated by Michael White, PT, DPT at the Collins Physical Therapy Institute. From the moment I made my appointment with Office Manager Jackie Augustine over the phone, until the last day of my appointments - I was treated with professionalism and great care by Michael. He was very thorough in working with me to get my replaced knee to a level of movement that I had not achieved previously. Superior Rehab! I had Rotator Cuff Surgery June 19, 2020 with 6 weeks of assigned Physical Therapy! By the end of 6 weeks I was fully functional! I also returned to Work 4 Weeks after Surgery! Lucas was my PT and does an amazing job! Each session he pushes you to greatness with the proper warm-ups, stretches and exercises! All equipment was great and well kept, and the entire Staff was helpful and friendly! They also have an indoor Pool for water exercises! Thank you Dr Collins and Staff! Exceptional! I was a patient at Collins PT for 3 months. I came to the facility in a lot of discomfort hardly able to sit, sleep, bend, lift, walk, etc. Basically i was very uncomfortable from various back and feet issues. I am happy to say that I am feeling so much better. Carrie Fulton, my main PT is excellent. I started out with therapy in the pool. In short order I gradually started other therapy. She listened to what I had to say. She knew how to change my therapy to improve my outcome. When Carrie wasn't taking care of me, Lee and Greg were there to step in and continue with my progress. Now I have a home therapy regiment to follow. I highly recommend Collins PT. from "M" at the front desk to all the excellent physical therapist there, you will get the best care possible.

I would highly recommend CPT to all! The people and the service are amazing. I had a big problem with my Achilles tendon (week end warrior related) and they got me in quickly and took great care of me. Jackie got me in and Greg & Carrie really worked my problem. I am now almost ready to start jogging again! I love these guys and I think you will too. They really care!
