Collins Family Dentistry

Horrible experience!!! My 80 year old mother paid for dental work at Collins and had to go back multiple times because it wasn’t right. Something which everyone agreed on. The dentist office blamed the lab, but kept using them. After the last time of doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome it still wasn’t done right. At this point she told them she could no longer return to try again because we were moving. The dentist said she would refund her since the work was not completed. My mom went to pick up the check which was in a sealed envelope only to find out that it didn’t cover 50% of what she paid. So she’s out multiple trips to the dentist, all the waiting, and money. For nothing!!! Do not waste your time and money!!!

Had a wonderful Hygienist today she was professional and so kind. Karen you are awesome, I hope to see you again for my next cleaning!! Love all the Staff at Collin’s Dentistry, very Professional!!

I have been going to this dental office for over 20 years. We moved from the Denver area to Concord and I still continue to drive back when I need dental care. The individuals who work here are caring, compassionate and friendly. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about them and I highly recommend them!!
