Collier Urgent Care - Pine Ridge

I went to Collier Urgent Care for a stiff neck which was very painful. Everyone was polite and pleasant. I was taken as soon as I filled out the paperwork. A tech checked my vitals, the PA came in almost immediately and recommended a steroid shot and medrol pack. A nurse administered the shot and by the next day I was almost pain free. The only issue is they do not provide an after visit summary. When I called to request one they said they could not email it and I would have to come back to get it. The facility is quite a drive from our location. I would use the facility again if needed, but will request an after visit summary when leaving, which really should be provided without requesting.

The facility was clean and inviting. The staff were very helpful and friendly. And the Doctor was competent with a great “bedside manner.” Surprisingly, I was the only one waiting and was seen pretty quickly. It was a positive experience and will be my Urgent Care facility in the future, if needed!

Absolutely love this urgent care if you are looking for a quick urgent care to go to for any of your needs I highly recommend coming here. There is hardly any wait time. Staff and doctors are friendly. They can test for anything and results and time spent in the clinic is very fast. You are getting the recommended care you need by each physician, but you are not waiting hours in a waiting room and you’re not waiting hours sitting in a room waiting for a doctor to come in. I highly recommend this Urgent Care For for all your needs

I was away on vacation and took a tumble on the sidewalk. I went Collier Urgent Care on Pine Ridge and my experience was wonderful! From the minute I walked in and was greeted by Gigi and Paola and given compassion and an ice pack, to be then called back by Jackie, RT to get me set up for the NP and then being seen by Michele Garlough, MSN,ARNP the entire experience was excellent. The kindness and compassion and care was so appreciated. Thank you so much for taking care of me!!❤️

Went while I was on vacation. I had sinus congestion that was causing pain in my ears. I was seen right away. Everyone from the receptionist, nurses and Dr R., were great. They were very thorough and I did not feel rushed at all. I definitely would recommend this facility.
