Collier Urgent Care - Founders Square

I went in shortly after opening on a Sunday morning. The two receptionists were very cheerful, helpful and efficient. My vitals were taken promptly by an assistant.Once I was able to see the physician assistant, (Christine) I was diagnosed quickly and effectively. I was extremely pleased with my treatment from start to finish. I like the fact that you can purchase medications on premise. I am generally feeling lousy when I go there and it is comforting to walk out with the needs meds and begin the regimen. (Not as cheap as a pharmacy but if urgency matters, I recommend it). I would highly recommend this facility.

The check in process was easy. It was quite full when I got there but the wait was not long at all, they moved quickly. We did not have to wait long inside the exam room either, the doctor came in within minutes. He was friendly and addressed our concerns and had us on our way. I have always had great experiences at this location

Yesterday I had to go back to urgent care and again they are perfect. The PA spent plenty of time explaining everything to me. I would tell everyone in the area that having Urgent Care nearby gives one a sense of security especially if you are away from your northern home. Yesterday was my first visit to Urgent Care. They were all perfect from the minute I walked in. The PA Who saw me was wonderful and answered every single question of the many I had. Knowing they are right across the way from me at Heritage Bay makes me feel extra safe as an 86 year old away from my NJ doctors.

Decided on a weekend that I really needed to see a medical professional. I've never been to an urgent care before, so didn't know what to expect. The facility is very clean and neat. The staff members were polite and efficient. The wait was not long and I felt the care given was excellent. Would not hesitate to return, if necessary, or to recommend to others.

Last Saturday, 2/21/26, I vs Collier Urgent Care at Founder’s Square and rec’d prompt service and was seen quickly. My needs were attended to well, and I was discharged less than an hour after I checked in. The staff were well informed and attentive to my ? And needs. I had an amazing experience, especially when compared to another NCH Urgent Care, on Collier Blvd by the plaza w/ Furst Watch. I had attempted to vs that location right at their opening hour. At that location, I was waiting for over 33 minutes just to ck in.
