Collier Urgent Care - Creekside Corners

Yesterday we used their services. We are from Chicago and needed a doctor's help. We received excellent service, starting with registration, then a very friendly nurse. Next, the doctor, who took great care of us, and finally a very kind nurse who brought the prescriptions and explained everything. We are impressed that the entire team working here is so dedicated to their patients. We highly recommend them. This is a good and friendly place for people.. who need help. It was a great experience, from the time I checked in, until I left. Everyone was very professional. I really appreciate the way everyone introduced themselves. Dr. de la Rivaherrera was so kind, caring, listened to me and made sure I understood what the plan was. Wonderful doctor! Being from out of State, I loved the way I could fill my prescriptions, right there. Very wonderful place.

Very satisfied with my visit. Short wait, doctor diagnosed and treated me very quickly. The front desk staff were outstanding and professional. An elderly man came in with his wife to be treated! He was very unpleasant and rude due to not liking the intake process (which was quick and streamlined). They handled him very professionally! Thank you!

Our experience at Collier Urgent Care could not have been more positive. We were there on a Sunday. Who wants to work on a Sunday? The people there do evidently! I mean Dr. Aboud, Gwen, the nurses and front staff were all top notch. Everyone was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. We were so impressed! We had an extremely positive experience. We will absolutely return if need be.

Unfortunately, my wife and I both have had to visit COLLIER urgent care over the years. That being said, the reason why we continue to return there is because of the excellent medical care we both continue to receive. The weight is never long. the staff is very professional. The medical staff are excellent. They’ve never misdiagnosed any issues we’ve ever had. Recently, I had to return there to get sutures in my thumb it was done very efficiently and left me satisfied with the medical care I received. My wife and I are both grateful that Emergency medical care is less than 2 miles from our home.
