I had a very disappointing experience with this practice. The doctor was abrupt during my appointment. When I asked questions, I was told to “look in the portal” for answers rather than having my concerns addressed directly in the office. He briefly showed me an ultrasound image of my broken bone, but it was displayed so quickly that I was unable to properly view it before the screen changed. I politely asked if I could see the image again. In response, he appeared visibly irritated, sighed heavily, and stated that he did not know how to bring it back up. After some difficulty, an assistant had to come in and help him retrieve the image. It was clear that he was not pleased that I had asked to see the ultrasound image again. Dr. Petrocelli and his office staff are wonderful. I first went to him about 11 years ago for a broken bone in my foot. I was very happy with his care back then. When I needed a podiatrist again around Christmas of 2025 for a broken toe, I knew where to go. Once again, his plan worked well and I am so grateful. He knows what he's doing and his bed-side manner is top notch. Kudos to Collier Podiatry!

Office atmosphere is extremely welcoming and staff goes over the top to guarantee that I was seen on time with all questions answered. Dr. Petrocelli is professional and courteous.
