College Park Family Care - Olathe

The staff is so friendly. They answer all questions without hesitation. I never feel rushed . I have never had to wait past my appointment time. Whenever I see my physician ( Deborah Aldridge) she is so pleasant and explains everything that needs to be taken care of. I recommend College Park Family Care to everyone.

Dr Sullivan is easy to talk to and he listens to my concerns, and gives it to me stright, which I like. The medical tech is very nice and efficient in what she does, she makes me feel very comfortable. I had literally no waiting time to see the doctor after checking in. The check-in/out staff were very pleasant and courteous every time I come into this office. It's pleasant to feel so welcomed by all.

College Park Family Care has been my primary provider since 1982 starting with Dr. M. Matthews and continuing with Dr Wright. This office is professional well trusted and is family oriented. They've provided top notch medical care for me and my family for years. I recommend this practice for anyone looking.

I recently called about a prescription change. I explained the situation to the nurse. I called the office at 8:20 am to alliw enough time to relay new script to my pharmacy that day as my wife was needing the new dosage to control a heart issue. Called again in the afternoon to check the status and was told that it was in process and that someone would call when it got sent to pharmacy. I received no call so I called 20 minutes before office closed one last time to check and was told that they were too busy to get to it that day. Never got a call and when I called the office after hours to talk to a doctor on call the prompt I was told to use just told me to call back during regular business hours. Why have a doctor on call when you don’t offer one. My wife was needing this medication to

First of all, I want to say, Dr. Sullivan is fantastic!! He listens to what you say, he gives it to you straight, seems to be up to date on the advancements of modern medicine and genuinely cares about your well-being. He also doesn't just come in and say hi, look at a chart, tell you what the problem is and leave. He physically checks you out, reviews your labs with you and discusses issues and concerns. He makes you feel comfortable and like a person, not a number. And his nursing staff is awesome. If we could rate separately, he and his staff would get 5 stars. Now, as far as the office as a whole, that's why the 2 stars. I've been coming here(college park)for about 15yrs or so and for the most part have had no issues.
